Shake Shack

I like Shake Shack because it's a good place to sit and work from my laptop when I am in the Penn area. There are outlets upstairs near several tables. The shakes and cheese fries are my favorite. The hotdogs are hit-or-miss. They are sometimes too chewy. The burgers are decent, a step above other chain burger places like McDonald's and Burger King. Slightly below Five Guys (IMHO).

Great burgers, shakes and fries! Unfortunately, they’re lacking in the customer experience part. The cashier was lacking any manner dealing with customers. I seriously thought I was a McDonald, at least now McDonald have self-service order and we don’t have to deal with it.

Great food here as it always is. Quick and tasty. This place has lots of seating, which not all Shake Shacks have. Seating on the main floor and also in the second floor with nice views out the windows. Love their milkshakes.

Fast and quality food! Clean environment. Just parking is though sometime. Make sure you have quarters with you for street parking 😁 Overall, I love this place!

The food is good. The burger was juicy and had an excellent amount of cheese on it. The fries are overpriced and aren't much for quantity, plus they look like they came straight out of a freezer bag from the nearest Walmart. The atmosphere is decent with a few games upstairs.

It’s Shake Shack! Food is the same quality to be expected (which is excellent). Service is great! Lots of seating upstairs as well as a few board/table games to keep you occupied.

Nice ambiance upstairs. Nice view of Drexel. Area to play games. Crowded. Parking difficult. Over priced. Fries n sandwich separate. Fries not that good. Nothing special about burger to cost that much. Chicken is good. Plump n juicy n crispy.

Mad okay service, definitely would not call the service here good or anything more. The menu is highly limited, if you're a vegetarian and you don't eat mushrooms your options are: Fries. Their fries are not anything special or better than what you can make from frozen fries at home. Go for the cheese fries because the cheese actually tastes good. There is a lot of space here though so it's great for groups, there is plenty of seating but do expect the tables to be sticky

Let's be clear SHAKE SHACK has great food. However, I would like a better presentation when it comes to a hamburger bun & my milkshake whipped instead of custard in a milkshake cup.
