Shake Shack

The second shake shack in my life. Still high quality shake.

Great food but so. Many. People. Also noticed that with Shake Shack the wait is always just a little longer than you expect. Not a deal breaker but something to be wary about. Also their door is a little heavy and if your hands are full like mine was, your milkshake might get knocked out of your hands 😔. What little didn't spill tasted great though!There is also an accessible entrance as the front entrance has a stoop.

The best ever hamburger with absolutely no rival. Compare it with other major chains or posh restaurants that charge 3 times more, this one comes out winner everytime. Sinful potato n cheese is not to miss. Even veggie stuff is great. Homemade lemonade and free refills add to the food bonanza. Outdoor space lets one enjoy the hectic Newbury Street. Service is quick and friendy.

First time and very fresh and the shake was a hit with my 10yo son. The prices were competitive with the big names. Being on Newbury street that's not easy to do. We liked it enough to visit again soon.

Love their Chicken Sandwich. Make sure you tell what you want for your burger. You can pretty much customize your own sandwich or burger. Their hot chocolate is pretty sweet and thick if you like that.

Tastes great but is pricy to this Californian (where In-and-Out is king and you can easily get double the amount of food at same or better quality).

They are coming to our City soon so I thought I would try it to see what the raves are all about. It's an upscale fast-food place where hamburgers start at $10. I had a double burger with cheese and it was greasy. The bun is squared so the patties kept moving. They have a mushroom burger (a portobello mushroom coated and deep fried) which is popular to the vegetarians. This restaurant is unique because you can have bacon with your hamburger and fries. These are extra costs. Food ordering is similar to any fast food place - place your order, look for a seat if your are lucky (it's hard to find seats during a busy hour because seating is limited) and wait for your beep to tell you that your food is ready for pick up. Is the wait worth it? I don't think so. For this price, I rather go to a regular restaurant and be served.

Very efficient and very welcoming! Have yet to have a bad Shack experience. I've been to one in NYC, one in Boston, and now two in London, and they are all wonderful! In fact, despite not having one anywhere near me, it's the first place I look for when I'm traveling somewhere new.

Exceptionally long lines and even longer wait times for orders. And even then they get more than half the orders wrong. Mismanaged and lack of motivation in the employees to do better.

Always a safe bet for fast food— burgers, chicken sandwiches, fries, and shakes. Blows McDonalds out of the water, and even places like Five Guys. The only problem is that the patties are thin and it is pretty $$ for fast food.

It was ok.. the fries are really good and I like the interior but the hot dogs and hamburgers are not that good. They have a strange aftertaste but I love how they allow dogs. I also like how there is more space down stairs.

Burgers were pretty good. I feel for the price you could probably get a little more food (fries especially), but all in all the meal was very good. I had the smoke shack with crinkle fries and a cup of water. Service was quick, and the location had two levels so you could sit downstairs or upstairs. The burgers had just the right amount of grease and flavor. Would probably come back some other time for one of their famous shakes.

Went with 2 other mates for a milkshake and a burger! The burger was a little small but I ordered some cheesy fries too which were amazing! Also highly recommend the cookies and cream shake!
