Shake Shack

Food is decent, it took 20 minutes to get our food and no place to sit.

1. When I went to place my order at the kiosk the only way to proceed with checkout was to give them my phone number so I went to the counter instead since I'm not going to let them sell that to telemarketers.2. While I placed my order at the counter the cashier was constantly coughing, not just into the crook of her elbow but also into her hand right before she gave me back my card and receipt. That's disgusting and horrifying in food service.3. Despite repeatedly, loudly saying that I wanted a "double smoke stack" she rung me up for a "shack stack" so I didn't even get what I wanted.4. It took almost fifteen minutes just to get a burger and fries. This is cheap fast food, not a sit-down experience, and that's way too long.Honestly, the McDonald's right across the street is a better experience and that's saying something. Go there instead if you absolutely need to get a burger and fries.Two stars instead of one since at least the fries are pretty decent.

Great burger place! But, the lady at the register was not that professional.

The service at this Downtown Crossing location was great.

Extremely overpriced, the food that they offer doesn't worth the cost! I'm really disappointed.

Despite ordering on the digital tablet exactly what I wanted, they made one item incorrectly and forgot another entirely. While they did make it right by remaking or giving me the other item free of charge, I felt like an annoyance for having noticed it and having to ask.Staff was less than approachable and at one point, I saw a customer leave who was waiting to order because no one greeted her at the register where she just stood for a few uncomfortable minutes. Granted, it was a bit of a busy night and a lot of orders, but it's the simple things that make a visit really positive.

Real good. But not cheap.

Shake Shack is always my go to choice for a quick burger. The shackmeister is a great burger, and they let you get it with a bun or with a lettuce bun. The crinkle cut fries are always great and now some locations (or maybe it's been for awhile but I haven't noticed before) serve beer. It's just a house ale / lager, but a quick beer and burger for lunch is always a great combo.

The food was good, it was a cheaper version of B-Good in both price and quality. One thing that they do have over B-Good is variety

It’s a busy place, so be prepared to do takeout as seating is limited. The wait was also a lot longer than I would have expected (almost 30 min) and sadly, they missed an item in my takeout order. I’m open to give them another shot since they’re new.

The product at this Shake Shack, as with all Shake Shacks is excellent. Fries, burgers, and shakes are all recommended. However the price is a consistent issue (in terms of lunch pricing) and the place gets very busy around lunch time, almost to the point where it's not worth going. The online order is probably the way to go.

I've had many experiences at this Shake Shack where I order online and wait for more than 20 minutes in the store past the quoted pickup time. I understand that it can be difficult to assess when the order will actually be ready, but management should disable online ordering if it will often result in 20+ minute waits past online ordering quoted pickup times. Quality of the burgers on these days is also sub-par.

Burger and shake were great. Fries were a little small but crispy and delicious.
