Best burgers in town but service is slow in rush hours

One of my favorite fast food in the US, very tasty burgers! I also love to have their cheese and bacon fries that usually get eaten pretty quick ! My girlfriend had the fried portobello mushroom burger and she really liked it, excellent no meat alternative they provide. Burgers might look a little smaller than in other places on the first look but they definitely do the job of getting you full. If not, you can still have one of their good shakes.

Shake shack is my favorite place, this is such a staple every time I come to Lincoln Road. The burgers are incredible, the cheese fries are out of this world and are my favorite 100%. I love this place. I highly recommend finishing with a milkshake too!

Good location, and even though it can get crowded it is somehow still a delight

My husband enjoyed a chocolate shake and fries when we visited Shake Shack on Lincoln Road, Miami Beach the week before Super Bowl Sunday. We loved the Botero statues along the way on Lincon Road.

I love SHAKE SHACK burgers especially double meat without cheese, it feels tasty. The attention is very good and fast The place would be perfect if it were cleaner inside when there are many people, and the smell of food stays in your clothes, another detail is that there are not enough plugs to charge your cell phone if you have a urgency. If you sit outside you will not suffer the smell although the tables do not clean them when people leave.

Good burger; good fries; good coke... good portions. Fair prices; service at the register not so good, kind of "in a hurry" assistance; waiting time fair enough.Now, meet is a little bit greasy.... you can taste it a d feel it while biting.Nice people around.... mostly tourists in South Beach.

One of my fave burger spots. Definitely a must if you never been. Shakes are amazing and ask to have it malted.

My first time try of Shake Shack, not available in Canada. Never try when visiting in New York because that place in Broadway area was always busy like a zoo. This location is right on Lincoln Place, tourist area. The restaurant have enough sitting place, very open and feel comfortable. The burger and fries are much better than the other chains, and like the lemonade as well.

Never thought I would write a review about spectacular customer service for a burger joint but Christine must take the record as the best energy and attitude of any person I’ve ever encountered in any burger place anywhere - what a credit to the organization. And the burgers are delicious plus gluten free options are available

Great taste but pricey for the size.

Always goood, fun and friendly staff. Good effort on the use of bioplastics, but do you really compost these?

Food was great but most of all, an employee there named Sean was exceptional. He brought us menus at the end of the line because he overheard me say I can't see the menu. Sean named gluten free options available for a friend and brought all 7 of us waters because someone mentioned getting up to grab it. Truly exceptional.
