Shake Shack

I got me a Bacon Burger with cheese and some regular fries. The burger was good and slightly bigger than a slider. The fries were cut in such a way that I never had seen before and we're good. The meal though small, it was just right in size not leaving you with that stuffed feeling. Like my meal, I got a chocolate shake that I felt should have been bigger for the cost. I'd go back because it was a good meal.

Brand new place with helpful employees. The food was great. The employees are helpful with new 1st time customers and informative. I had about 3 employees ask me how my food was and if I needed anything all in 10-15 minutes. With the place being brand new I'm sure they're just trying to establish good customer service which understandable. I had one employee even perform some magic for me and my friends at the table which was pretty cool. It's a packed place too so seating and tables are limited keep that in mind if you plan to eat in. Will definitely come back in the future. Favorite fast food place in Columbia for sure. It's also conveniently close to the mall.

Awesome burgers like always - store is very clean but the employees all seem grumpy.

I enjoyed myself at the shake shack.... The customer service was great, everyone was friendly and inviting....I ordered a beef hotdog and a cookies & cream shake.... The hotdog was decent and the shake was thick and good...I can't complain about the food... The atmosphere was pretty decent as well, very laid back.... Definitely a nice low key fast food spot 💯

I enjoy going here before catching a movie but my fries always get cold quickly

It was a pleasant experience. I just had lunch. A burger and fries. My fries were covered with salt, so I asked the lady at the register are the fries always so salty. She said she would remake me some fries and just put the salt on the side for me to add. While I was waiting, another lady working in the store cleaning asked me was everything okay, as I began to tell her yes except the fries. At that time the fries were ready.

These little burgers hit the spot.They may be small but you leave satisfied.

Nice clean place with fast service. Space to sit both inside and out. Place your order before taking a seat and pick it up once your pager is called. The shakes are one size only and very filing. You can have them with or without whip cream. They have a water dispenser with glasses on the side with the condiments. Multiple TV screens for all seating positions.

A bit pricey but always a good burger. The fries and fried chicken is burger is good.

Great burgers and fries at the right price. Their staff is courteous and quick, and their food and service are remarkably consistent. If you're looking for excellence in burgers here in Columbia, look no further.

Great quality for the food, just a bit pricey. They have the smash burger type and crispy fries. I reccomend for a special occasion, just due to the price. It was 26$ for me and my wife (two cheeseburgers and two fries).

Not sure what the hype is all about. On my 2 visits, it was basically a fast food place that wasn't overly fast. Was not clean on either of our visits, but staff was kind. I don't feel the need to return, but obviously the younger set loves the place!
