Good fast-food restoraunt. The queue was less than 3 minutes, and it was closer to evening, when there were many visitors! Very tasty burgers! Tasty meat, fresh rolls, potatoes are also good.

Quick and efficient service, food is fresh and tasty. This Location was very busy, even on Thursday night @ 10pm. Not enough tables to accommodate customers as the younger crowds stick around after finishing their meals.

There are lots of Shake Shacks in NYC and this one is probably one of the busiest! The staff were good when I went last time and dispute the queue they were quick and had a smile when giving out the order. Get the frozen custard...no toppings just vanilla frozen custard (double). It's very, very good.

Had a great experience in this place with my kid. The food came fast and the service is just fantastic. Prices are affordable.

As a former die hard fan of Five Guys, Shake Shack became my favorite burger on NYC.Their sauce is fantastic, the meat is top notch, but what gives the top spot is their bun. The bread is simply tasty, it complements the flavor, instead of being the least favorite part of it.I recommend it to anyone.

One of the best experiences of shake shack I have ever had before. Employees were so welcoming and cashiers were enthusiastic. Part of the experience is the food but when customer service is excellent, it makes the stores standards skyrocket. I’m very thankful for this store being in the middle of New York and raising the standards of customer service

Food delicious. Little difficult to get a seat but found a booth by the time our food was ready. Fries perfect crunch.

Overpriced abs cold environment. I went to shake shack today to get some lunch and I was disappointed by the lack of grading in the building. The burger + cheese fries+ small coke priced to over 16 usd which was ridiculous. Although the food was good, cheese fries and a drink shouldn't cost so much.

The smoke shack burger taste very good. It costs $7.49, the beef is about half inch in thickness. They are really flame broiler. The fries are expensive for $3.09. the small drinks cost $2.75 , the location is in midtown. The rent is expensive. Therefore I assume 25 percent is for rental. The rest to pay employees and little for their profit.... So, it no harm to try for good taste.

A New York must! Get the Shack Stack, it is the best thing on the menu. This place had very little seating and had many people standing to eat at hightops.

Loved the quality of burger meet at this place. Made fresh to order each time. The bun was perfect too. First time trying this burger too, definitely exceeded my expectations. Burgers are even kid approved as you can see from daughters enjoyment of the burger. She insisted we go back again (which we have). She said it was the best burger she ever had. Not sure I am ready to give it that label, but it’s pretty close.

The shake shack classic burger is very delicious. The beef dog is velow average. Cheesy fries is delicious. Chicken dog is good. You have to wait a little bit to have a seat. Location is perfect and 2 minutes walk from a subdway station.

I love Shake Shack! the cheeseburger is so good. Many people will buy the milkshakes but it is too sweet for me. But if you want to try one, the cookies and cream is the best

I was pretty amazed. They know how to make a great burger. Should have eaten more.
