Very good service and all. It’s just the food takes a bit but it’s worth it

Great burgers, love those crinkle fries too. It's a nice quick stop for lunch or a solid night cap after work thanks to some quality beer and wine.

Nasty. I asked for well done bacon and it came out literally RAW. Bun inside out. Astonished and disappointed.

Googled best thing to get at shakeshack ended up getting the double shack and smokehouse with cheese fries yummy

One of the better shack shacks that I have been to in DC. I like that it accessible by bus. It has a big space for indoor and outdoor seatings. The workers are friendly. One of the cashier's even offered to take a picture of us with our phone. I liked how they had themed paper wrapping and cups of the Game of Throne. Food is delicious and very warm.

First time here and the burgers are fresh and delicious! Don't know what it is with that water (maybe I was really thirsty) but it tasted better than Evian. That secret sauce in the burger is little sweet and mixed with salt ketchup and mayo it's just great!

Way over priced greasy burgers. Visiting from the west coast for business. Spent $22 for a burger, fries and shake. Highly disappointed. I miss my In N Out, only $8 for way better food for a double double combo. Not worth the price or quality. Fail.

When I saw this place was across from my hotel, I was thrilled. I'd never been here before but always heard such good things. I liked it, but I only went once when I planned to go a few times. It was just a bit too expensive for what you got, but what you got tasted great.

The milkshake was too sweet, but I can’t argue about the chicken, the best!

Have to admit I was expecting very great things bc so many friends have LOVED Shake Shack. So I may have expected too much because I was not overwhelmed with its greatness. It's a very good burger and shake, for sure. Just not the best things I've ever had by a fair margin. That said, it was convenient to our quarters and reasonably priced for the area.

Tasty but price-performance ratio is not good. Too expensive.

Shake shack is officially my favorite fast food place I have been to in Washington DC, the burgers taste so good and the milkshake was just on point, fries are good too! I liked the device they give you and it vibrates when your order is ready, the price is a bit higher than your standard fast food burger place but it is 100% worth every penny!
