Fun, fun. Fun! Wine pretty good. Great tasting!

Wonderful wines. Especially enjoyed the dry Riesling. Courteous and knowledgeable staff. Wonderful facility.

They have such a lovely view and to take it all in on a slower day is really nice. Conveniently, the land is very near the bike trail so renting a bike in Sutton's Bay and riding it down isn't out of the question.

Great location, but wine tended to be on the dry side. We tend to prefer more sweet.

The wife and enjoyed another wonderful evening at Shady Lane. Their wine is as great as the ambiance. The winery itself was very clean and the staff was awesome. We cannot wait to go back!

Would have rated it higher, but customer service is poor. Love the ambiance and wines, but our staff attendant was condescending, glib and insulting. My wife and I are visiting for our 10 year anniversary and this young man with the highlights and grey finger nails was a terrible start to our romantic getaway. The wines were yummy and we would have purchased a bottle or two, but we work too hard for our money to spend it in places where we don't feel welcome. We've visited this winery in the past and loved it, but if we return and he is working, we will turn around asap!

Really bad experience. Wine was okay. Was enjoying a glass of wine with a couple of girlfriends having a great time when out of no where my glass was ripped out of my hand by the assistant manager saying "you probably shouldn't finish this I think you've had enough". So confused - as this was my first glass of wine.... she refused to give me my half full glass back that I had paid for. It was the most unprofessional thing I have ever experienced. I cannot believe someone on their staff was that forceful (like there was some personal vendetta???). Horrible. Will never go back and I do not recommend this winery.

Best winery in Michigan! We stop by on our way to our cottage every few weeks and couldn’t be more impressed by the service. Great wine and great people!

Shady Lane's may be one of my favorite new wineries in the area. The outside is amazing and it includes a fireplace, outside tasting bar, lawn games, and several outdoor seating spots. The wine is good, not great, but the location is relaxing and worth a visit.

Had an amazing time. The staff couldn’t be more top notch. Such an awesome place, I definitely recommend you check it out for yourself!
