Servatii Pastry Shop and Deli

Love of my life. Such a great treat to enjoy special sweets!

Servatii's has amazing desserts and it's a place we love to visit. Unfortunately, today Erica was extremely rude. We walked in and ordered at 1:23. Servatii's closes at 2:00. She automatically started bagging our order. We told her it was for here. She said they were closing at 2:00. We promised her we would be quick. Erica, takes our bag and throws it inside the trash and angrily slaps down four plates while grunting. "I can't believe this, we close soon." She was extremely rude and experience unpleasant. Horrible, horrible customer service.

Very small limited items.deli no just premade older women working there not the friend list big disappointed seen another down the street may try it.AServatis with no baklava was shocked

The best cookies

Amazing Valentine's selection! Friendly staff. The best sugared butter cookies. Tried the strawberry and almond petit cour. It was delicious. Also picked up a box of marzipan. Marzipan was well decorated for Valentine's day like chocolates.

Their cookies are very good and so are the doughnuts

This place is one of my favorites in all of Cincinnati and one of the few places I visit every time. The staff is always so friendly and the food is divine. I love their pretzels and garlic cheese, but all of their desserts are equally delicious. If you choose one bakery to go to in Cincinnati, it should definitely be this one.

The lady's are always helpful and friendly. I love going there. It's a great place.

Pastries and cakes like no other place I know of. Old world styled baked goods and soft pretzels too. The hardest part is trying to decide what to get. Remember though, quality is not cheap.

I was at the shop for a wedding cake tasting. Everything was amazing, from the quality of the cake to the fun decoration options, to the great customer service (we meet with a woman named Sue). They even have a bunch of Styrofoam examples of layer sizes to help you visualize your custom cake, which we found very helpful.

Delicious baked goods and employees are incredibly friendly! Would highly recommend!

Delicious cakes; didn't try deli items. It's very cute and homey, local shop. I'll go back and try the donuts!
