Serafina Time Hotel

Amazing food and great atmosphere. Wife and I stopped in here before a Broadway show one night and were not disappointed. The food was awesome. The staff was great and knowledgeable. Very romantic atmosphere so it's ideal for date night. Do yourself a favor and stop by this place. Highly recommend.

Food was lovely. Restaurant was very busy and it was quite noisy and you couldn't hear the waitress. She was very attentive and it was a great experience.

Serafina was a great settled upon find more my sister and I. We were using apps and searching for a good place when finally we just got cold and went into Serafina. We were seated immediately had a lot of choices on the menu of homemade pasta and upscale pizza. I had the homemade gnocchi and they were like pillows from heaven of deliciousness!! My sister had the homemade fettuccine in a tomato cream sauce which was also fantastic! Price was mid range $19 for each entree. Waiter service was adequate, not great but the kitchen service was incredible! Quick and yummy!!

Went here just before watching a Broadway show, and it's not a bad place to spend time in. This branch is located on the first floor of the Time Hotel, in which they share a bathroom. You enter through their bar and wait to be seated. At the time that we went, there wasn't much people. The server was not in the best condition, and she seemed kinda annoyed tending to us. Nevertheless, we ordered their pasta and one pizza. My wife brought me there because she enjoyed the food from another location. The food was good, but if we come back maybe we'll stick to their other branch.

It was exciting for lisa and I to once more eat at serafina's. Where the pizza is always good, the soups hearty and exciting, and the desserts well waiting for. The wait staff is always helpful and caring.

Good authentic Italian food! Ambience and service needs some improvement. I've always believed restaurants isn't a food business, it's a hospitality business - if the service is just about putting out food and charge for it, you are running a grocery store! Focus should be on selling experience not just food! Mediocre experience with some very basic service, nothing personalized at all. Food is great, if the operators focuses on service piece it could be even better!
