Seoul Fried Chicken

Went for lunch with a friend and enjoyed the cheese coated chicken with fries and sweet potato coleslaw. Also the bbq coated chicken. Both were so tasty & flavourful. The chicken is always juicy & coated with plenty of sauce. Thank goodness for the roll of paper towel at the tables because you just can’t help but getting messy! Always look forward to going for chicken there.

Soo good and still open during this COVID nonsense. Thanks SFC! Still the best chicken in Edmonton. The price is low and the portions are huge! Always enough to bring home leftovers for dinner. We were weary about venturing out but you can call ahead of time and place an order for pickup. Tell them exactly when you'll arrive and it's ready with no waiting around! They are very responsible with limiting people inside. Normally this place has a line out the door so now is a great time to take advantage of this hotspot!

SFC is the perfect marriage of affordable and delicious Korean fried chicken. Out of all the flavours of chicken I’ve tried, my favourite is garlic soy and GP cheese. The side salads are unique fusions but work very well together and I recommend all of them! What’s the catch you ask? The only down side about this place is how little the seating area is. It’s small and when it’s busy (it’s always busy) you’re going to have to wait a bit or just take the food to go (and let’s be honest, fried food is best eaten immediately). 10/10, the affordable 5 piece chicken set will keep me at 5 stars for life.

Two foodies from my client took me here as they think this is the best fried chicken in town.It certainly didn't disappoint me. I ordered the SFC BBQ flavor. 5 large pieces of Chicken fried to tender inside and crispy outside, then smothered with spicy Sauce. Plus 2 sides and a can of drink all for $11.40. It's a great deal for the food you get. The spicy sauce was not too spicy for me, but pretty tasty.

I ordered the combo with chicken, fries, salad and pop. It's really good and you get a lot of chicken. I would be happy with one less piece of chicken and a bigger portion of salad. I find the batter is a bit oily, but that's just my tastes. All in all, great food at a reasonable price.

Decent place to get your fix of fried chicken. Try ordering it with the sauce on the side, which I prefer vs it being bathed in sauce. Portions are generous, so the group I was with ended up over ordering not realizing this.The seating area is actually pretty small, so I’d say it’s not really a sit-down place, especially when it gets busier. They seem to do a good job with keeping wait times to get your food pretty short. Chicken is served in what looks like pizza boxes.

Absolutely phenomenal, especially for the price. $11 for 5 prices of chicken, a salad, fries, and a pop. The Pesto Mac and Cheese was just outstanding. The chicken was delicious, I tried the BBQ, Asiago, and Cilantro Lime, all were delicious. The place is really small, not much seating, but it was definitely worth it. Highly reccomended.

Alright, I have heard a lot about this place. My wife finally had some, and was very complimentary so I thought I better give it a try. Okay firstly, had the Garlic Soy... delicious! Chicken was moist, plump and very tasty.... Here’s the problem...... a 5 set (5 piece combo) is insane! 5 good size pieces of chicken, way too many big fries and a nice little salad. Seriously, I am not a little guy, that’s a crazy lunch.... Guys really... here’s what you do... 3 piece, half the fries and keep the salad as is... charge 8.00 or 8.49, something like that. That would be plenty and I would be in a lot. I can’t come in and buy a 5 set that often. I’d explode! Great chicken though!!

Stopped in for lunch with a friend. Great atmosphere ! Got the 5 piece with two sides, $11! With tip you can’t beat this price anywhere! I got the chicken with the curry batter, a little too heavy on the batter IMO, but still very good ! The corn fritter was great, had to go back get another one. Over all so far best Fried chicken I’ve had :)

The chicken was very good. We had a bit of an issue with a long delivery time, but the staff were excellent and rectified the situation. Recommended.

Amazing place, would give it more than 5 stars. Chicken was fresh and delicious. Price was also so cheap for the quality you get and came out so quickly. Friendly staff too!!!!

Seoul Fried Chicken serves the best Korean fried chickens. Batters are crispy and chicken is juicy. Their sauces are excellent. 5 piece combo is an excellent value and plenty of food. Seating is limited. This is epitome of great food at great value!

Place is clean and simple. Happy to find a variety of beer to order. Fried chicken and beer are perfect combination! Chicken is very tender and crispy. It is crispy to the bones!! I ordered 1/2 chicken but couldn’t find the drummet part of chicken wing? Love the paper take out box!! 👍🏼Need to drink a lot of water after lunch!

Good food but staff is incompetent, I call to see if they are open and the lady over the phone said yes. I drive 30 minutes and arrive there only to tell me they ran out of chicken... like what? Couldn't you have told me you guys were out of chicken over the phone? Straight bs

Update: ordered again and really wanted to keep my 5 star review but had to drop it down to 3 stars. The taste was amazing, good portion and good value still BUT they really need to do something about their packaging. I understand it’s probably more environmentally friendly than plastic but it leaks so much, especially the soy sauce garlic (which is my favorite). The cardboard boxes just don’t work. I’ll try to bring my own container next time I’m picking up maybe? But really unhappy with the current packaging. Old review: Amazing chicken! Used their app to order and picked it up about 20 minutes later. The chicken was fresh, crispy and delicious! Arrived home warm and ready to eat. Tried the original and the garlic soy. I prefer the garlic soy one and can’t wait to try more flavors. Portion is great and awesome value for $$.
