Senor Pan

I am SO Disappointed! Terrible service, and food was just "okay". There were only 3 tables with customers and we waited 10+ minutes for the waitress to even greet us and bring water. Then another 10 minutes to take our order and another 5 minutes before she put the order in. The cooks were looking at us with confused expressions! And to top it off, when we got the bill the tip was already included for my family of 5, including an 8 and 6 year old. That is beyond ridiculous. When I expressed my displeasure at my experience, the waitress offered no apology or any response, she just turned and walked away. She made $12 for not providing customer service! I have been a long time customer of Senor Pan, I even had my wedding rehearsal dinner there, and today was the last time I will ever eat there. The new owners and management have really let this place go down hill fast and it's very sad.

I ordered 2 specials and 2 tamales, first of all the tamales were plain absolutely nothing in them, since when are tamales served like that. Secondly the rice tasted about a day old and trust me back in my day I had my share of old rice. Do yourself a favor an visit some other Cuban restaurant in Chicago.

I highly doubt you will have a bad meal at sinor pan. We always have a great lunch here. Yuca fries, Rellenos de papa along with the Super Cubano Sandwich ... Lol. Satisfied

Lately the service is not the best. Food is still good though.

Since being under new management.. the food has taken a hit. Doesn't taste as good as it used to. The portions are smaller. And the personnel has changed out. Not as friendly as the other servers.

Delicious Cuban food! Friendly service and awesome drinks! Make sure to take care of your drinks first and after you can eat lol

Food is delicious as always. But the service... I went in to pick up an order I made through grubhub. When I get there, the lady was so confused that she didn't know what order I was talking about, she almost charged me a second time, and when she figured it out, she sent me to my food that was on another table. She said there it is and walked away. I grabbed it and said okay well thank you. No response. Just kept her back to me. The way she talked was so dismissive too. In any case, definitely eat here. Food is super good!

We had a great time here. La comida estaba riquísima. I had el bistec encebollado with the maduros and some croquetas. Everything was very flavorful, well cooked and delicious. Service was friendly and fairly attentive and the restaurant had a great welcoming vibe. Definitely worth checking out.

Went last week after months of not going because they added pasas to their empanadas with meat nasty and there lechon sandwich was super dry and gross coffee is the only good thing left

I went there with my brother. Food was great. Awesome conversations with my bro. Their pasteles are great. Service was great. Would recommend to anyone who loves spanish food.
