Sengoku Jiman Ramen Nishisugamo

The footsteps finally came to Sugamo. You can't miss the thick pork back fat ramen. It looks thick and salty but it's not the same thing. The soup is sweet and light. The pork back fat, bean sprouts and green onion are simply wonderful. Concerto; the delicious roast pork with dipping noodles looks like tasting ham, which is hard to distinguish from the ranks of Tokyo ramen! 😱🍜😱🍜
