Seneca Cheese Company an Artisanal Cheese Tavern

Seneca Cheese Company is the perfect place for my husband and I to enjoy a nice evening out and to bring friends. The wine and beer selections are excellent. The atmosphere is relaxing. The view from the upper deck is spectacular; showcasing beautiful Seneca Lake and the excitement of the heart of Watkins Glen. We are impressed with the variety of cheese offered and the arrangements of the boards. The interior design is elegant and sophisticated. The staff is friendly, engaging, and very knowledgeable about their products.

Seneca Cheese Co. is a little gem in the heart of Watkins Glen. We walked in on a Monday afternoon and felt very welcomed immediately. The owner even greeted us while we sat at the bar and chatted with us. We sat on the rooftop with our drinks and enjoyed the meat/cheese board and Bavarian pretzel (delicious!) This is a very unique place for the area of Watkins Glen and perfect for a night out for drinks. I will definitely be back with more friends and family!

Just went there on my my recent trip to the Finger Lakes. Really cool place. Cheese was great, beverages we're tasty and the staff was really nice. Loved sitting in the upper deck and looking out onto the lake.

Great place! Wonderful cheese plates with local products and a large beer and wine selection.

4 stars for the amazing cheese plate and decent drink selection. We felt like the staff vibe didn’t quite match the ambience... but I get very excited about a good cheese plate so we ignored everything else.

Nice casual atmosphere. A well rounded and wide cheese selection! Very personal and friendly staff. Nice menu. Great place for a group to visit!

Great simple cocktail list, PBR on tap along with other domestic and craft beer selections, finger lakes wine friendly with a couple out of towners. Cheese, pretzels, and garlic pizza makes this place the perfect spot for a snack.
