When I go out for an Ethiopian, I eat one thing and one thing only - Kitfo. Well, at least it's one of my orders. Selam's Kitfo is full of flavor and you can feel the butter melt in your mouth with every bite. It reminds me of my mom's cooking. Plus, the meat doesn't get mushy. The Goden Tibs is fabulous if you want your food cooked.
