Worst treatment of customers! Zero social skills! No wonder it doesn’t get even one tenth of Starbucks or Tim horton customers around the block! They can’t stand you sitting there studying or working.

Dirty and rude staff.

A Saturday night at 7:45 and it's closed? People would like a nice latte after dinner.. and it's closed? That's fine, we went to Starbucks instead. It has better staff anyway. Last time I went to the Cup, no customers but us four, 2 staff behind counter, didnt acknowledge us and we stood there for a minute till someone helped us. Now closed on Saturday night.. No thanks

Hours aren't great and they opened late so I had to stand outside waiting for them to unlock the door anyway. The Nutella cookie is horrible. Most things with Nutella are soft and ooze the wonderful hazelnut spread...this could chip a tooth! The blueberry crumble muffin was stale. The maple white hot chocolate was nice but everything is overpriced.

A neighbourhood favourite! Great coffee and fresh baked goodies. Jaime and staff are super friendly and go out of their way to make your perfect beverage.

Flat white is within normal limits, but white chocolate caramel cheesecake didn’t make an impression at all, it’s too sweet and dense, there is no creaminess at all.

It is a great local Second Cup with a friendly uptown vibe, not too noisy or crowded. Staff are great and they have frozen yoghurt that you can get topped with real fruit.

Nice place but they never have orange spiced tea. I don't know why they don't stock more knowing they always run out.

The best coffee shop in the Lawrence Park area. Great natural coffee, tea and yogurt ice cream items on the menu. Friendly staff, really nice owner.

Get the dark roast, it’s the best coffee in the city!

This place was newly renovated, cozy and modern look. Great latte and pastries, not too noisy also great for studying.
