Came in for some cider, they didn't have any. But the lady (totally wish I knew her name, she was short with a slight accent) was super nice and then gave us a complimentary drink even though we didn't complain or ask for it. Totally coming here again, costumer service is key!!

Cozy atmosphere, with beautifully set sitting area.. A nice place to take coffee with friends or families.

They have this Buster Nut cake or something which I had once and I honestly NEED it again but haven't been able to find it unfortunately.Second Cup to me is like a Canadian Starbucks but better and richer in quality.You can actually taste the extra expresso shot if you get one.I love the Caramel Coretto. Their cakes are good too!Definitely would recommend :)

Coffee here varies depending on who's making it. After the recent owner change, they brought in some new faces who are really great to speak to in the morning. This is what I expect when I get a coffee! Nice smile, a friendly hello and a quick chat about GoT.

Loved the new design but the chairs are very bad u cant sit there for more than 15 minutes then backache starts

Right inside the Convention Centre, it is convenient to grab a drink while you are there. Service moves quickly. It has a variety of breakfast items, cakes, coffees, hot chocolate - soy milk available. I frequent it during conventions. Lemon cake is very good.

Great location. Parking nearby on street or in a covered parking lot. Great place to work as their tables are equipped with plugs. Great vibe and great customer service.

Nice location in the downtown core. Great for a place to study, work or have a quick meeting clients. The staff is professional and courteous.

Well I am bias here because I love this location mostly due to one of their barists in specific, Sabrina. She is so talented and friendly. Def you have to love the maple latter and mocca that are served here, but the service and attention is a super nice touch.

Great place to enjoy a quick cup of coffee and work. The tables aren't the most comfortable but still adequate nonetheless. I got a black coffee and the taste was mediocre at best. The wifi works well in the cafe which is a nice bonus. Overall ok place to enjoy a quick cup of coffee.
