Not very polite. Holds you hostage for needing to use the washroom. Doesn't make you feel like a welcomed customer.

I have been visiting this location for many many years and stop almost every morning driving from Oshawa to Toronto. Chaz and his wife are awesome and I and my wife are always welcomed with a smile and or some humour from Chaz. I am so suprized for some of the bad reviews as our Latte and Cappuccino's are always great. Even my dog Charlie loves to visit

The daughter of the owner who also works here is so rude. She is doing them a disservice by working here. Shes miserable and rude to her mother..yes has nothing to do w the location or the food quality but totally affects the ambiance... such a grouchy miserable human being. Otherwise the food, drinks are like all the other Second cup. The older lady who works here who could be the wife/mom of this rude child is very kind and accommodating.
