Coffee was great, I will say that location will benefit from some renovation or update

Not as expensive as Starbucks. But more expensive than Tims.

Good coffee here no complaints on that. However washrooms need attention. Also they do not take Amex as an FYI

I bought a tea latte and a piece of banana bread. I was eating a small piece from the bottom and thought it tasted odd... when I looked at the top it was covered with mold spots. I didn't eat much but I'm not feeling well.I called the coffee shop and spoke to the staff. I asked them to have the manager or owner call me but no one has contacted me yet.

For me #secondcup of coffee is always a good choice 😉 Clean place , nice staff , love having coffee every once in a while. Recommend it 👍

This place is a coffe shop with a drive-thru with one person working counter and drive thru. So the wait was 15 mins+ . We left of course. Went to use the washroom , well the washroom was dysfunctional at all levels. The locking mechanism is missing from the door handle so instead of fixing it or going down the street to Homedepot and buy a lock, they went to home depot and bought a cheap 3 dollar bolt which appears worn and dirty as it was installed some time ago. Sink is clogged and filled up with dirty water , soap dispenser didnt dispense soap and the most idiotic of all is the toilet paper is 3 feet + from the toilet. They attempted to make all inclusive accessible washroom and messed up. Horrible .

I really enjoy Second Cup. However, the Mavis location in Mississauga is consistently awful. I recently moved to the area, and a majority of the staff don't care. I order the same drink each time, and it is always wrong & really bad. Sm Extra Hot Vanilla Latte. A very expensive drink to not get what you order.I gave 1, 2, 3 chances before posting this Review, next will be a phone call to Head Office. I'm really disappointed.

There should be a NO star. Please close down so we can get a better replacement. Your branch ruins the Second Cup name and it's a waste of space. Have been there more than once and have tolerated it for many years due to its location. This will be the last!! Drinks suck and comes with a ton of rude attitude or lack of service. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else.

its another type of nice if your into coffee shops... cozy space with outdoor options.. when weather permits

Their credit card machine for drive through was down for the longest time. Their menus need to be updated. Not a fan of this location at all. Never returning.

Good location, but small space.. hard to find parking space

Used to be my favourite Second Cup, but since switching owners, this place has gone downhill. The food is always stale and hard, and the employees get the order wrong a lot of the time. Also, Second Cup doesn't serve any of the drinks I like anymore, or any of my favourite pastries. Second Cup did a massive overhaul for the worst, I guess.

The almond date smoothie was not bad , in my opinion it should have bee sweeter
