Sebastian's Bistro

Great new menu. My favorite appetizer is the pull apart bread, but the crab cake is also very good. For main dishes, the jerk chicken and coconut shrimp are both excellent. It's nice to get the Caribbean Sampler so you can try both plus either scurry or pulled pork.

I really enjoyed this restaurant. We had a party of eight with two small kids and everyone enjoyed their food, which is hard to do. The food and drinks were all excellent. The dragon stout beer from red stripe in Jamaica was great. The curried goat was flavorful and tender. The pull apart rolls and dips were fun and very good as well. My wife got the coconut shrimp and grits which was very good and flavorful as well.The waiter was very knowledgeable, patient with the kids, and very attentive. Overall this restaurant was a pleasant surprise and I recommend visiting.

I have always had a prejudice against the table service restaurants in Disney moderate resorts, but the location seemed like a good option on our arrival night so we gave Sebastian's a try, and it turned out to be one of the revelations of our trip. The service was friendly, helpful and quick, and all of the food that we had was great. I also really appreciated the spaciousness in contrast to restaurants in the parks.
