3 out of 9 of our orders were wrong. The waiter Fernando forgot to bring out our drinks and when they got here mine had ice when I requested no ice (healing tooth surgery) we never got refills, and he never asked how we were doing. We had to get our own straws/ condiments from another table. Overall the service was horrible! And to top it off the waiter gets automatic gratuity when the experience was horrible. The food was great, but Fernando needs to have the ability to have a bad day, and not take it out on patrons.

Seaside by the Pier restaurant. If you like food that was cooked from the freezer, you'll love this place. I had the salmon with green beans and rice. The green beans tasted like cardboard the rice was disgusting and the salmon was definitely frozen filet that they warmed up. Definitely not the place to go if you like food

Great views from the rooftop here! It is right on the pier at Santa Monica. The hostess told us to go up two flights of stairs but the second flight was a little hard to find and we walked into a private event on accident. The hallways could use some signage! The food and drinks were delicious and not too expensive. We did not have to wait very long for service. There were a few pesky birds that were eating off people’s tables after they’d leave but they left us alone at least! For how busy the pier was, I was pretty surprised that we easily found a table. There seemed to be room at the bar as well. Good place to stop by for a view from above the crowds! Most of the tables have umbrellas so that helps with the sun.The menu was not huge and the food was fresh. It was easy to pick what I wanted! Delicious salad with tons of toppings.

My sister and I sat roof top and the view was amazing, enough shade to not be blinded by the sun. Food and service was amazing. Def recommend 👍🏼

Sat on the roof and wow are those chairs uncomfortable! Service was slow and we had to ask three times for water over the span of 20 minutes. The fish was overcooked , greasy,and chewy. The fries weren’t great and were also chewy. The cheese dip tasted good but it was weird to have a thick layer of dry toasted grated Parmesan as the top layer. Someone else enjoyed the burger.

What a stellar view of The pier and the beach. The food was good, the staff was friendly. I would love to come back and enjoy another sunset on the patio.

Super friendly staff and great service. Food was okay at best and the prices are too high for such little dishes. Could easily recommend other places for less money within walking distance from this place.

Tasty Clam chowder served here, the wife and I shared the Fisherman platter but a bit bummed there are only 2 pieces of fish but still tasty. Kids had a pizza and mach-n-cheese here. Watch out for bottled beers, as I got 2 not so cold IPA's. If your visiting the pier make this your spot to eat. Enjoy!!!

Prices too high for freezer cooked food and very loud bar atmosphere. We were told they had no shrimp or lobster then brought shrimp out to another person. Place is way too expensive for whut what you're buying. Im pretty sure the good reviews are just fake or for the place next door

I could have gone to my own freezer and heated up food from there if I wanted frozen food. Green beans were mushy and had water inside them from being frozen. Fries were still partially frozen. Definitely not worth the $50 for 2 people.

Very poor Caesar salad !! Just salad. Few peace of chicken. tasteless garlic sauce. They have to know, Parmesan cheese must be by slices, and also cherry tomatoes! They have to go to Europe and try Caesar salad there ! rich and delicious

Very American restaurant! I enjoyed a big and tasty burger on their terrance with fantastic views over the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This place is great! The bar manager and our bartender/server were super accommodating and cool, plus we received very personable, quick and accurate service. We’re from out of town and are definitely making this a regular spot when we visit Santa Monica!
