Seaford Palace Diner

Extremely friendly staff, we we came in as a family of 3, sat quickly before the rush. Clean very colorful and well decorated. Ordered the typical burnt ends (very fatty, not very tasty and certainly not crispy) ordered the empanadas (very delicious), mac n" cheese w/ bacon for my daughter (not on menu and accommodated her without a blink of an eye), ordered a 2 meat platter w/ chili ( meat was ok, chili was very good). Decent size portions but the taste wasn't there and preffered other similar local bbq although slightly different type of bbq I liked the bold flavors over there.

The same great bbq menu as the orginal in a bigger setting the grilled buffalo wings are a favorite of mine and the loaded baked potato is a meal in itself

They have only been open for a month, so little things can be forgiven. My wife asked for no sauce on her chicken, and no cheese in her salad. Both came out wrong but were replaced right away by our waiter. Cameron. He was very apologetic about the mixupI got the 2 meat platter with 4 ribs and brisket. They were both very good and full of flavor. The brisket was a nice thick cut, and the ribs were not skimpy. As sides I had mac and cheese which was excellent, and the cole slaw which was good but a little to sweet.The place is a converted diner in the heart of Seaford on Merrick Road. There is plenty of parking in the back.Yes we will go back and try other items.

Always like trying a new BBQ place well decorated, has all the essentials , service was not to attentive, 10 min to ask for drinks , 10 minute to take order 15 mins to get food , and 10 mins to flag down server to ask if they had salad dressing, gave diet coke instead of regular coke 2x , asked for dry rub ribs, came slathered with sauce, respectfully and apologetic mgr provided awesome dry ribs moist and meaty , the nachos with brisket was great presentation yet the brisket was very dry, and well done stringy meat corn bread and chips were good coke slaw good . Fairly priced and better than the next joint of bbq in mass pk. Will try again. A for everything .

Great time. Food was great and the portions were big! The owner was extremely friendly as well. Will be coming back!

First time here so it was great bartenders were great no disappointments

I ordered the 3 meat platter and absolutely LOVED it. I got the pulled chicken, the sliced brisket, and the grilled chicken. I'm a picky eater and every single meat was delicious. If I had to make a complaint, it would be the sweet potato fries weren't a strong point. Also, the man serving me saw my note for trying one of their sauces, and he was kind to just give me a sample of all their sauces. I really enjoyed the tangy Alabama white sauce, and their normal BBQ sauce is very tasty too. I also got the cole slaw as a side and really liked that too

Ordered 1/2 rack of St. Louis Ribs that were as small as baby back and completely cold. The Mac and cheese was terrible. I also ordered stuff to go, I had to change it cause the Mac and cheese really turned me off. Ordered 2 burgers to go, but they looked like they barely got any cheese on them. I was really surprised by all of this. It was about 5 pm on a Friday and there was only another table being waited on. Mind you I came in by myself since I was passing by but also very hungry. The staff was nice though. I hate to be "that guy" when I eat out for fear of getting stuff worse off for being a pain, I hope others have a better experience than I did. Store was very clean since it looked like they opened recently. I think that I will have to try their other location in Suffolk.

Delicious bbq

I've been to the Dang BBQ in Islip before and it was fantastic so I got excited when I heard that Dang BBQ was opening up very close to me. I made sure to show up to the grand opening and to show the family what I've been raving about. I was not disappointed at the new place. The service was friendly and knowledgeable about their menu, the BBQ Old-Fashioned was delicious and the Smokehouse Mac Lasagna was incredible. After i enjoyed my meal, I got some food to go for my family since they couldn't make it there and they loved the burnt ends, the brisket sliders and the mesquite chicken. The only complaint was the time to get the to go order took a long time but it was definitely understandable considering the place was packed, it's the grand opening and I did place a large order. The fact that the food was very delicious made the wait well worth it. Overall my family and I loved the food and will be back at Dang BBQ a lot more often.

Great service, excellent food and fair prices.

Was excited to try the food. We placed our order online. I got the "loaded Idaho BBQ" with pulled pork for $10. The potato was nice and huge. The bacon on top was crispy and delicious. Sadly, there were about 3 bites of pork. This was basically a large potato skin with a few bits of pork for $10. So disappointing. Not sure that we'll be ordering again. On a positive note, everyone liked the Mac & cheese, and the boneless wings.

Everything on the online menu is out or out of stock. Exactly a remake of smokin Al's. Hope it'll improve and add tater tots to menu or some other items different. Perhaps a bbq bisque soup or bbq onion soup!

Great place! 5pm on a Saturday and it was packed! Wait time was minimal 5-10min. Once seating we were promptly greeted by our very friendly waitress. The food arrived in a timely matter. I had the full rack of St Louis ribs and they were perfect. I particularly like that serve them dry and let you add from a choice of suaces on the table. My daughter had the sausage and pulled pork combo which was excellent as well. The collar greens were amazing. I was a little apprehensive about trying this place ever time I drove by because of the name, but I'm glad have it a shot. Will definitely be patronizing this Dang place again.
