Love the place, quiet and very cozy you can have a nice conversation without yelling over the top of your lungs like other bars, elegant and charming... I really do like this place will definitely go back

Exceptional service, flawless food, attractive decor. The steak-frittes was especially delicious. Attentive and friendly staff. Kudos to Chef Will for such a beautifully crafted culinary offering. Can’t wait to return!(noise level high in the dining room, sound damping could be useful)

Gorgeous space with great cocktails!

Was looking forward to this place based on reviews but had a disappointing experience mostly related to service and ambiance. Regarding the food, I was hoping for more British or Brit-influenced options. Apart from the carving cart and mushy peas as one of the sides, there was precious little. The pork that came out of the cart was a little on the dehydrated side. The filet mignon was solid. Cocktails were fine. Back to service then. We had an eager but amateurish server who was a bit too much at times and completely absent at times. The main dining room is also way too brightly lit so you feel like you are in a canteen. Hostesses were charming and welcoming however. The place has some potential with tweaks but won't hurry back.

We came here sight unseen on New Years Eve and we were shocked by an absolutely fantastic meal to start our evening. But let me talk about the cocktails they are delicious and are backed by an absolutely mind blowing scotch list. I have yet to find another location serving Scotch Malt Whisky Society bottles.

Incredible food, service and ambiance!

Really good food and amazing staff. Had a group of 7 of us and we felt like we were the only ones in the restaurant. The food was really good and great portions. I will be back for sure.

So glad the alternative restaurant was booked tonight, because we got lucky and found Scott's. This place is awesome. We enjoyed the delicious octopus appetizer, perfectly cooked filet mignon, tasty roasted chicken, and tableside pork roast. Our cocktails were also fantastic. Everything was delicious, presented well, and served by the best wait staff we've encountered on our ten day tour of DC and Baltimore. Washingtonians, please support them so I can come back next time I'm in DC, which could be many years from now. I wish this business all the success in the world. Thank you for an excellent dinner to cap off the final night of our stay.

My order was prepared very tasty, but the menu was very limited and plane. The ambience remind me at the library. The staff was very pleasant; However, the owner Simon was very rude and arrogant.

The food was terrible, calamari was very greasy, everything tasted like it had oil in it. Our server was terrible. It took thirty minutes to order drinks, left before our second course came. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
