Scoopz Frozen Yogurt

Yogurt is excellent, personnel courteous, efficient, and establishment very clean. Love the outdoor tables. Petsco next door always fun for my grandson. Get a punch card & after 10 you get a free one. LOVE IT!! Loyal customer for past 5 years.

Exquisite treat! The a White Chocolate Mousse is to die for!

Would have given 5 stars but the girl working behind the counter wasn't very helpful and didn't have a very good attitude. Instead of offering us, me and my 2 girls, the little cups to try the yogurt I had to ask her for them, not a big deal but then when she handed them to me she only gave me 2 so I had to ask her a second time for cups. Then my daughter was putting reddi wip and it ran out, she was standing right there and I had to ask her if she had another one...a little common sense goes a long way!

The customer service was horrible. She would straighten the spoons as my kids were putting toppings in their frozen yogurt cups. You could tell she was aggravated. Not really a place to work if you’re going to be that way with children. And my children are very well behaved. I won’t be back to this place. Too many frozen yogurt places here to have to deal with bad customer service.

They have amazing flavors of frozen yogurt as well as a full bar of toppings, including crushed candy bars, cereal, gummies, marshmallows, & syrups. I highly recommend Scoopz for a family outing!

It could of been a great experience but the girl behind the counter was very rude. My 6 year old son was trying to move his cup down the countertop and it spilled over. Instead of offering to clean it up she was rude and said you'll still need to pay for that. I get it you want your money but if you can't understand children have accidents and not allow him to get anymore in his cup, then this is not a place I will return to or refer to those with children. I did indeed find a great place elsewhere that has great service and kind workers.

They had less fresh fruit today. The yogurt always good, and they had plenty of delicious flavors... including a non-dairy sorbet.

The yogurt was good but we arrived at 9:28 when closing time was 9:30. I stated to the attendant that we hurried to get here in time before closing. The attendant didn’t welcome us but instead said, “You have two minutes.” We had to hurry and we didn’t feel appreciated as customers.

Love their yogurt but I didn't give 5 stars because I only liked 2 of the flavors they had.
