Place is unbelievably good. I'm from NY and am here for work and I gotta say, the Penn state ice cream here is unreal. Some of the best I've had for sure. I had the cinnamon caramel apple which was the special flavor of the week and it was incredible. Owner and his wife were very friendly and had a 15-20 min convo while I ate which was nice. I absolutely recommend and is a must-go if your an ice cream fan.
