Scooped Cookie Dough Bar

Ice cream was just ok (not even cold). Service was bad and prices were too high for the quantity & quality

I was a bit nervous after reading some reviews but tried it anyway. I ordered a pint of cookies n cream, monster, and brookie. I got two containers full and they were definitely a pint. The cookie dough was delicious and a little goes a long way. The workers were funny and very helpful. I would recommend this place.

Located right in the entrance of water tower place, this kiosk is like an ice cream shop for cookie dough. They have delicious sounding flavors as well as the plain chocolate chip. They even had vegan / gluten free flavors. You can get 2 scoops for $5 at minimum but they have other options. The cookie dough is yummy but very filling and sugary. It's exactly what I expected and wanted. This place is a fun treat if you happen to be in the area. Two scoops is a lot so I'd recommend sharing!

Spectacular. It was very good. One thing. Sickness. My stomach was in so much pain. Try and fix that scooped.

So we went there, my daughter and I, as my daughter had been asking to go there for a long time. The African-American girl at the counter (she was working today, Sunday, June 2nd in the afternoon and was the only female staff member on duty) treated my daughter and I with such contempt, insult and blatant racism — as we are Asians — that we couldn’t believe what was happening to us. Every question was answered rudely and curtly; her hate-filled eyes depicted the indignation she feels for people who do not look or speak like her. We left without ordering. I apologized to my daughter for such a harrowing ordeal. Shame on Scooped Cookie Dough Bar for hiring such blatantly racist thugs as employees.

Great product. Horrible service. I didn't know I'd be served a scoop of attitude with my cookie dough.

My coworker and I are dessert fanatics so of course we had to try this out! Sometimes they run out of flavors if you show up at the end of the day, but that's to be expected because the cookie dough is AMAZING. We've probably tried 7-8 of their flavors so far and none have disappointed, although I love classic cookie dough the best. I usually get 2 scoops and put it in my freezer so I can enjoy it for a few days!

Cashiers weren't very helpful. I asked what flavors they had and she just pointed to as sign, which seemed lazy to me. I decided on a flavor and said I wanted to smallest serving they had. I paid for it and it seemed smaller than what I expected. So I went to their website to see what their smallest serving was. They had only given me one scoop, when the smallest serving is supposed to be 2 scoops. So I was cheated a scoop of cookie dough when I paid the full amount. The cookie dough was good though.

Terrible; tastes like sugar dough

My daughter and I went for cookie dough and even though they were supposed to be open they weren’t set up yet told us to come back in an hour we walked around for an hour came back and they told us that would be another half hour to an hour because they didn’t have all the product out but as were sitting there watching them it’s the two kids are just jacking around not getting the stuff put out at all when I said will just buy whatever product you have out she wouldn’t let us in and turned us away with an attitude will never go back again

Tried a couple of flavors. The brookie and birthday cake (iirc). Both were good. Decadently sweet. Price was also not that high. Great option for something sweet after an evening of shopping at the mall.

Tastes like flour and butter. Way too sweet to eat more than half a scoop. Just scrape the bowl after you make cookies instead!

Amazing mixtures, but you can only have one scoop cause the portion is huge! Which is a bit depressing cause you would love to taste several flavors

I had never ordered cookie dough from a shop (only have had it when baking cookies), it looked good so I wanted to try it. Overall expensive, too sugary, and very coarse (not rich and creamy like ice cream, though it looks like ice cream). The employees were pretty rude. The flavor my friend ordered was almost all out so the employee scooped out what was left. Right after she brought out a new tub of the same flavor. My friend said it was a small scoop compared to the one I got and wanted to get a bigger scoop (or rather the regular sized scoop that I got) so she brought it up to the employee. The employee seemed like she didn't really care, scooped out the previous scoop and scooped in a new one, returned the cup with dough around the outside. I appreciate she gave us another scoop but it was really bad customer service.
