Really fun place for Badger Football!!

i like this bar most bartenders are nice but one bartender/bouncer there with dark hair and hes new there was very very mean to me. He was incredibly mean to me and he was mean to me thinking it was awesome that he was mean to me and he was getting a kicking out of it. I do not appreciate people that are mean to people that are being nice to them. i was polite trying to make conversation and he was not happy about it and i was being nice and saying oh i see you are chowing down on food and i said what are you eating and he told me chicken tenders and i asked him well that sounds nice can i try and he said get your own

It's a good gameday bar. Both before and after the game. Very close to the football stadium.

Come here all the time late at night. Great bartenders. Beer list is good but they always have a $2 American lager. Food is astonishly good, even if I rarely come before the kitchen closes.

We went there for wings and it was ok. We tried 3 flavors and while the jerk chicken was my favorite the other two flavours were not as flavorful and spicy as they could have been. Boom Boom and Buffalo need more distinction. The wings were also small. A more medium wing and flat would be more cost efficient for the customer. It was a good experience with knowledgeable bar tender and good beers. Just don't feel like I know what Sconnie feels like. So I have to give it only 3 stars.

This is a must-stop on your trek up Regent toward the Field House and/or Camp Randall. We head here before volleyball matches, so the patrons are a little more subdued than on a football Saturday. The staff is plentiful and attentive, the drinks are what you would expect - not a huge beer selection, but certainly something for everyone - and the food is quite good and served relatively quickly. There is a lot to like about the SconnieBar!

I'm not a sports person, or a wings person, but I came here once for trivia on a Wednesday when they had all you can eat wings, and MY GOSH. I've been thinking about them ever since. Best wings I've ever had.

I love Sconnie Bar. On top of having the best wings in Madison (Cajun ranch dry rub extra crispy), they have a ton of nightly specials and really great food for the atmosphere. I will return again and again for the wings because they are so good!
