Stopped in for quick bit before flight. Place is run down service was slow. Got the chicken bacon sandwich which was ok

This is a horrible place !!! I ordered online and paid... my order was not ready, the girl behind the counter did not know how to make my order and Managment is clueless! The poor girl didn’t even know how to refund my money ....I had to contact the manager the next day . He really didn’t care that my order was not ready or that the girl working for him had no customer service skills. I called corporate to get a refund because he didn’t know how to give a one and they seemed just a disinterested and clueless as the manager. I asked corporate “how come the manager couldn’t give me a refund?” He replied, “because he was too lazy .” Wow ! I will NEVER give this establishment my time or money again!

Love Schlotzsky sandwiches! This location is hard to find in a strip mall. It was very clean and great service.

This place is clean and customer service is great. The food is always good.

Didn't want to accept a $100 made me mad

Its been years since I've been in a town thats had one of these. It used to be a favorite. This one, not so much. The menu changed to the point that none of my favorites are there anymore, and what we did order was of less then stellar quality.

Excellent sandwiches and very clean.

They lock the doors and put the chairs on the tables at 8:30 pm.The "open" sign stays on until 9 pm.Same process at 4 p.m. on Sunday.Not great but good, really good.Definitely puts the Subways to shame.The ingredients are real; not the mass-market plastic stuff.You pay for what you get, and you get what you pay for.

I love Schlotzskys! I love their sandwiches and food, and now they have Cinnabon in them, so that just tops it off!

This place is disgusting. Do not eat here my meat had green stuff growing in it. My sandwich was slopped together. My kids love Schlotzskys just not this one.

Not the best schlotzky's.... Over charged me and the 3 customers after me $3 to $7 on our debit cards! Thank goodness the customer before me caught it and tipped us off! Intentional theft? I don't understand how the debit machine is overcharging random amounts??? Theft... Check your bank account after your purchase at this place. And the samich wasn't as good as the other schlotzky's. Something funky about the bread...
