After being rushed through without giving me room to speak, I got my one slice of pizza and a drink for $9, only to find out that she rang it wrong, and decided she didnt want to fix the mistake. I work in the mall and eat lunch in the food court at least 5 times a week. After this display of laziness, I will not be back.

I've never heard of Sbarro before, but this mall's Sbarro gave me a bad perception. When I walked up to the counter, only two people were standing behind: one was standing behind the cash register counting coins, the other was talking on her phone. I asked both of them if I could get a pizza, and they both stared at me blankly. The girl on the phone eventually allowed me to have a pizza and two breadsticks. I hate to criticize an entire chain of restaurants based on this experience, but I'm doing exactly that: find some other pizza place to give you a paper plate of soggy pizza.

Food quality is still great, service was great I was greeted with a smile and thank you. The only reason I didn’t rate the location a 5 is because my pizza was cold on the inside. I had a double layer pizza (not sure what the correct name is) this could have been noticed by me if I wasn’t in a rush to leave the mall. Still a great place regardless.

They completely burnt my whole pizza not a slice but A WHOLE PIZZA. And then they proceeded to tell me that they basically couldn’t do anything to fix it. After I complained enough they told me they could give me half of my money back from their tip jar. That is unacceptable business practice. It is shameful that I paid for a meal that was inedible. Never again will I EVER eat here and I recommend no one else should either. They don’t care about the quality of the food they serve their PAYING customers.
