Pizza was great. Could use some cups and drink machines for indoor dining.

I stopped into Sbarro for the first time today. There was one worker doing 15 different things and was obviously stressed - Once Amy started helping me, she was incredible and gave me the most unparalleled customer service. Sbarro should make Amy the boss and give her a raise, she is a HUGE asset for customer experience!!! Thank you, Amy!

I would not recommend this place. Been at Riverside for 26 days don't know our way around and ordered here. Said we would have our food 30-45 mins. I was down front waiting for food and the delivery person left my food at the ER desk. They are not responsible for peoples food. The store called me and told me they left it their she said the would not charge me for the food being they just left it there. The only thing i can say is the refunded the money. The delivery driver should be fired he didn't even call me..

Best SBarro we've ever been to. Was extremely surprised by how good it was.

One of the best deals you will find on a Monday or Tuesday. 17" inch pizza with 2 toppings for $10.99. I recommend their old time pepperoni & mushrooms or Italian sausage.

Service is awesome and fast !! 👍

Good lunch special

I go here fairly often. I think the pizza is very good, sold by the slice or pie. Always clean. You can sit inside, on the outside patio or drive thru. They also have an excellent cheese cake. The staff is always pleasant.

Placed an online order for delivery, got email confirmation containing a 45 minute time to delivery estimate. Waited twice that amount of time, and after an hour and a half without delivery or hearing from anyone, I called the store. The person who answered said they had just started to outsource their delivery and had been having problems with the service. I was told to wait 5 more minutes, then call back for a refund if I still hadn’t received food. I tried to do that - no answer, phone rang forever with no voicemail option, and now they’re closed. What a joke.
