The workers wouldn't talk to me and were on their phones.

Natalia swore at my sister in law and was overall rude. Should be fired. Won't be spending my money here anymore! Where is your customer service attitude?

So disappointed, I wish I could give zero stars. Was told off because they didn't have any of the pizza my mom wanted. She told my mom "she doesnt care." Customer service is severely lacking. Couldn't catch the name of the girl who was rude, as she was not wearing a name tag. However, she turned to Sulema and started swearing about my mother. Will never come here again.

Usually fresh and tasty, not so much t his time. Employees were slow and unengaging.

Would give 0 if it was an option .

The food here is old, cold, and inedible. My dinner tonight clearly had sat out all day and I ended up throwing half of it out. The employees just don’t care enough to make sure the food is okay to serve. Pretty sure the next food poisoning outbreak will be from here.

Great bread sticks

I used to love going to SBARRO. Now its become a joke. The workers don't care, the breadsticks were burnt and i spent 10 dollars for a slice of pizza 2 breadsticks and a soda because now they eliminated meals. What a shame. It really makes me sad because of all the old times I remember. Don't worry I filed a complaint with the company and will make sure to talk to them personally. Its a shame and I don't wanna see the place die off because of horrible employees. Its time to take back Sbarro for the customers that have been enjoying pizza there for 20 years. Its really a sad state of affairs and I am not going to lose my favorite slice of pizza to brats.
