For scheduled tea tastings, yes, or can book your own. For tea and snacks none needed but there is no place to sit if a tasting or party is happening. It is always good to call first.

There is a large selection of herbals. If it's caffeine she avoids, the also have a large selection of flavored rooibos teas. They are extremely helpful as well.
