Food is okay but the service is horrible. They stand around joking and giving customers dirty looks. The cashier is rude and got upset when she got my order wrong. Never again, I don't know what their issue is but it's not a way to treat people.

Sarku is great food for the price. You get a lot of food for not a lot of money!

My most recent experience was not that great, possibly because Jesus has left the restaurant and no one can replace him.

We always enjoyed eating at this place in the past until today, it seemed like they have changed the owner because no more familiar faces and food was horrible mixed vegetables were all spoiled and the chicken was all fat and they were crunch for some reason that’s new, we couldn’t finish the food what a waste of place it has became. I don’t expect much from fast foods but this place has no moral if they did, they would never serve this kind of food to people. We won’t be back for sure.

I've been a fan of Sarku Japan for a long time. The meat portion of the food is cooked right in front of you, the wait is never really too long, and I think the food has good taste. I typically always get double meat and even with that I'm around $10. If you opt for extra meat, you will get plenty to make for a big meal ðŸ˜

I love their beef plate

Terrible !!! Food was half cooked and they stood around and acted like they didn't care that it took a JAPANESE fast food place 15 minutes to take my order and prepare a half cook meal. I won't go back to this place...it was an AWEFUL experience
