Sarge's Smokehouse BBQ

My boyfriend and I ordered from here last night through Uber eats for the first time. Next time I'll be going to the restaurant, it was fantastic. I'm very picky about my BBQ and was I amazed. The pulled pork melted in my mouth, the ribs fell off the bone and was juicy, the wings were perfect. Nothing needed any sauce. However, I'm from SC and your Carolina sauce bright back mmemories.i will be a regular. Thank you!

The Brisket Sandwich was amazing and the boat with the sides was a great eat. got the small boat with two sides and it was GREAT. definitely would recommend their food truck to anyone who sees them in town. The beans have a complexity of ingredients and tastes great, their coleslaw isn't all mayo-ee and still tastes great, the four sauces offered covers all the ground you may need. I preferred the sweet. Happy eating!

This place is owned and run by two retired military careerists. They have a great selection of meats that are smoked on location. The delicious sides are all homemade and accommodate the meat nicely as do the various sauces. We had the sampler and I can tell you it's hard to pick a favorite. The wings are one of the best I have had. The portions are generous and the menu is reasonably priced.
