Saravanaa Bhavan Mississagua

Server was girl. She acted as to be very busy and completely ignorant. We were sitting right opposite cash counter. All servers stood there in group of 2 to 3. Many times we raised hand to attract her attention. She totally ignored us. We wanted glass of plain water. Finally another server came to us and served water. It was ridiculous and unprofessional.

Great that there was line up. Waited only 10 mins. Ordered food and half of it came cold. Chapati was as cold as if it came from fridge. so did bean thoran. Had to send my food back twice to get hot food. Once this was sorted, it was delicious but spicy. Very inflexible though. Wouldn't switch Varda for idly even when told that it will not be eaten. Anyway, it will be a while if I go back, especially on a Sunday.

The food is good enough, but don't expect good customer service. The New York location is so much better though in comparison. Guess it all comes down to the chef.

One of the best Tamil food, found cleaner compared to other Saravana Bhavan. Good staff good parking space. Green chutney missing

Great food. The staff was a little pushy in getting the order because we weren't ready and kept having to ask for 5 mins to review the menu.Otherwise, great food and does get buys really fast after 7pm on a week day

I love this place! Been coming here for years now. The staff is so nice and the food is always fresh. If you can come for the breakfast buffets on Saturdays and Sundays you’ll love it too!

Dont go. If you are going then think again. Even then you go dont order masala dosa. Because it contained very raw potatoes of cheap quality. Even then you go and order. then its your choice. But atleast call at your home to make dinner for you.

I eat in this spot a lot since I work right next to it. I love how the customer service is always great and they keep the spot well kept constantly. Rates are convenient and they serve sizeable portions.

I really loved this place. Not only the food is delicious but the service is also awesome. Staff, waiters, Managers, all are professionals and very helpful. Especially, take care of the people in special needs or with the small kids. Would like to go back again and again, not only me but my kids also loved the food. And I really appreciate the help and service provided by gentleman looking at me with 2 kids, which not only showed their way of working but professionalism also they follow, being human😊 They have proved the proverb, "Customer is God" for them, which is being taught as a first lesson from, where they belong to 🙏All the Best to the staff & management👍. For dosa is a decent place price reasonable but there thali dish no taste at all

Excellent place to have a variety of South Indian foods. The restaurant is remodelled in the recent past for the better. Service is pretty fast and place is very tidy. Usually gets busy over the weekends with up to 20 mins of wait times. There are ample free parking in the complex. This place is veg only and one of the best places to eat in Mississauga.

I've been here a few times, and I usually don't mind the wait, but we called them multiple times to make sure it’s not busy and ask about wait times but they didnt pick up their phone. We drove 40 minutes to get to the restaurant. Upon reaching, they tell us we are not taking anymore people. We reached at 2 and the place closes at 3:30! So it’s not like we we were late. We were also willing to wait if required. But they straight up refused to take us saying they are too busy! If they had picked up the phone and told us this in advance...we wouldn’t have wasted our time to drive all the way there. Worst experience ever..will not go back. Terrible customer service.
