Excellent! Sandwiches are humongous, one order easily serves two people, so don't be overly ambitious!

We went here after strolling the park on Sunday morning. There are a lot of unique sitting area both indoor and backyard. Love the ambience in the corner. It's soft wheat toast filled with chicken and vegetables in a generous portion of Sandwiches.

The place has a great vibe and definitely one of my new favourite spots. The sandwhiches are fantastic with the homemade bread and fresh toppings. The dessert is very tasty and fresh as well. For any fellow vegetarians and vegans they've got a ton of great options. Music, people, service, and food all made this place very worth returning after the first visit.

This building has so much character! But that is not all this place has going for it, the food and service are so lovely. We went when the place was super busy and the staff still made us feel totally welcome with no rush. The coffee was delicious and the tumeric oatmilk latte was a show stopper. Definitely worth stopping in for lunch if you are in the area. Oh one more thing. Get the carrot cake. Just do it. Please. Trust me.

Lovely garden terrace in the backyard, and sandwiches are unbelievably unique and delicious. Great place a small group of friends.

The back garden area is magical! There are blankets and cute cushioned sitting areas. You can play Trivial Pursuit while you wait for your food (the service was fast though). The sandwich bread is fresh and soft! I loved the black tea with pineapple and coconut flavours.

The sandwiches are huge!! Kinda messy to eat but very very delicious. I had the “avenue du parc” and highly recommend. Service was friendly, bathroom was clean, and atmosphere was pleasant. They have a section for just eating vs for laptops/work which is nice. Cookies are delicious, taste better than they appear!

I absolutely love this place. The setting is really nice, cozy and very welcoming. One of the cutest terraces in Montreal (at the back). They have unique and delicious sandwiches, good desserts with some vegan options (the coco lime is really good!) and of course great coffee!

Excellent ambiance! The best part for my family was that this place is wheelchair accessible via their terrace. Their menu has a large selection of soups,salads and sandwiches. The price is quite good. For 2 people it comes to 25$ if you split a sandwich and their vegan chilli- it's filling. They have a large terrace with trees, lots of fairy light strategically placed to not hurt eyes. Huuuugee slices of cakes you could share as well. Would go again!

Such a great sandwich and it's exactly what you want on a nice day in the park. Amble around among the sun-dappled trees and munch on your vegan tempeh sandwiches. Eat that avocado like the millienial you are.
