Santoro's Sub Shop

Santoro's is actually quite large on the inside and the staff was extremely helpful and nice. We ordered our subs and asked for mayo on the side and they were perfect the next day! So tasty and fresh, even after sitting in the hotel fridge and then cooler! This proves that the quality of their meats and breads is superb! When we return to the area, we will definitely return to Santoro's!

Just got my order I didnt ask for cheese nor was that even an option when ordering I cant have dairy and I cant even get in touch through the phone line after trying 5 times to call it rings once and goes straight to voice mail I waisted my money and I cant even eat my dinner becuase of this . My family and I dined in. I ordered two meals that said “w/fries” right on the menu. When the food came, I didn’t get fries with them, only my separate order of fries. I asked the cashier and he said since I didn’t specifically say “with fries” then I wouldn’t get them but I would have to pay the exact same price. That doesn’t make any sense at all. Then I had to order another since he didn’t want to give me the fries I already paid for. So I paid for four orders of fries but only got two. He was also rude. Wasn’t worth the price for what we got, also wasn’t worth the rude customer service.

This place is a bit pricey but their food is really delicious from their tuna sub, to chicken wings with fries, fresh side salad and supremo pizza. I want to try other items on their menu as time goes by. Better than KFC, Popeyes or Chinese. The guy who takes orders on the phone though sounds gruff and not that pleasant. But keep up in terms of the food.

Used to be the best place in the city. New owners are not living up to that reputation. Had to walk them through how to make an italian sub.

Wow! Talk about a surprise. This seemingly little hole in the wall served up the best calzone that I have ever had. Bring your appetite. These portions are huge.

I just ordered delivery and the food was here in less than 20 minutes. The sub is generously stuffed with meat, which I appreciate, and the prices were reasonable.

To be honest, I get delivery from here at least once a week. They have great food and reasonable prices. So far they've only made 2 mistakes and they were both for forgetting the second bottle of soda. Both times they were apologetic and returned later with the soda. Update: 1/7/18, I ordered the same basic thing as always. Last time, the dinner was leaking into the bag, this time it was smashed. The bag was wet enough to have a hole. Steak tips were good, but the fries were soggy and uncooked. Unacceptable!

Santoros has been one of the most consistent take out spots for years. Food is always great and done perfectly as ordered. Even with extras and substitutions they always get it right. Quick delivery and fair prices. A go to spot
