This Japanese restaurant is my favorite in SF. Trust me! I’m Japanese ;) Sanraku has two locations in SF, and food is much better than another one location. Since this place is located in the food court in Target, it doesn’t have any fancy atmosphere. However, seafoods and sushi’s are fresh and tasty, and other Japanese dishes are also fine. Staff members’ hospitality is good too.

Very delicious sushi near the Moscone center. The rolls are very good as well. If you get a chance, try the nasu (eggplant) sushi. It is hmmmm good!

Very good sushi, nice ambience. Friendly and attentive wait staff. I loved the shishito peppers in Ponzu sauce. The Dynamite roll was quite good, definitely not spicy enough to live up to its name.. i went without reservation at 7pm on weekday and was seated promptly
