Great customer service. Dog friendly too

Nice people and yummy subs!

The service was painfully slow and the staff was NOT friendly. The food is the only reason (rightfully so) they have any stars. The tuna sub was solid.

Sandwich I had was very delicious! I've had sandwiches before and this one stood out with flavor, just the right portion of lettuce and cold cuts, seasoning and oil n vinegar...very tasty! I'm recommending them for sure.

The salad was actually great until I found hair all in it. I tried to quietly tell the prep guy without alarming the other customers in line. He made me another one but it was the wrong order. He was very rude saying he wasn’t making another one and the older man just stood back like he was afraid to open his mouth. Meanwhile another customer behind me was very upset for the same reasons and complaining and they were just as nasty to that fellow also. I thought this was a cool little shop, but you must have to enjoy eating hair to get good service! Such a waste of a lunch hour!

Awesome! First time today. Really terrific subs, reminds me of Zero’s Subs in Virginia Beach, which we’ve missed. New favorite sandwich place for sure.

The sandwich itself was quite good and decently priced. Reminded me of what would come from a traditional Italian deli only much slimmer on the meat portion. The dining room left much to be desired. Not what I would consider to be "restaurant clean." Dirty tables, HVAC vents in the ceiling discolored and dusty, drink machines quite dirty, no visible health department inspection rating certificate and the place has carpeting throughout. Not a fan of carpet anywhere in an eatery. I'll go back but only in a pinch.

Great sandwich place, generous with the meats without going overboard, very flexible with all you can add, and when they pressed them I find them delicious. A must at least every other week!

Great food - great prices. Only reason I did not give it 5 stars was for customer service. Went in Southend location this past weekend and the lady that took/made our order was so unfriendly. Practically threw the sandwich on the counter top when she was done making it - never said a word/thank you. There was another guy working at the same time and was VERY friendly.
