My package was lost in the store. Colleagues contradict each other and I was treated with rudeness. In addition, the store is blue with smoke. Should not be a PostNL collection point.

The whole shop was blue with smoke, you could even see it hanging. Incredibly filthy, doesn't want to pick up any more packages here.
