One of the big train station in Osaka city hence would be crowded during rush hour. There are many nice restaurant inside this train station building and also nice shops.

Hmm... for Shinkansen travelers, maybe this will help... Shin-Osaka is a weird station if you are used to travelling the Tokyo area trains. There are multiple competing train stations here, plus JR trains, subways, buses, and the Osaka Loop. It is not like transition stations between lines in Tokyo and instead there are many divisions. When you get off the Shinkansen, you will be in the Osaka Loop area. If you are following a route guide, none of these areas will get you to local lines to find your location. Follow signs for the subways first, then navigate to the line you are looking for. Besides that, this place is really a beautiful and complex train station. I would say it is a design achievement in those respects. But if it is your first rodeo in the Osaka system, you could have a really confusing time. Ask someone for help and they more than likely speak English and will be incredinly helpful to tell you what you need to do.

JR station with lots of food choices on the go. Plenty of sit down restaurants on the 2nd floor as well.

Layout of station more confusing than other cities like Kyoto, Tokyo, or Sapporo. Restaurants split level on 3 different floors, not enough signage for food and drink options in an easy to access way. Feels like less thought went into planning this JR station. Seating is sporadic, not enough, tons of people waiting for seats. Food options neither fresh nor good. Lineup for women's bathroom in the waiting area was out the door and around the corner, same as men's bathroom. Not enough facilities.
