That's worst Sam's club you ever see.the manager and cashier are so rude .i have to wait 1 hour to get in cigarettes cage.

Please start enforcing social distancing. Some kind of plan for flow of traffic in the isles need to happen NOW . The store was packed, no one enforced Social distance at all - Please get a plan SAMS CLUB The community was very bad at it so you as a store needs to help us! I will not go back until you get a plan - and I have been a member for years .

Only Sam's Club in Manatee. Stay away from peak hours and your experience will be better. Most of the time staff is helpful. Store generally stocked and clean.

Store was absolutely packed and only 2 of many lines were open. And the workers of those 2 lines were rude to every single customer including my kid.

Gosh the online and phone customer service for this place blows! I have been trying to cancel two online orders for weeks and this is absolutely embarrassing that I cannot cancel online or even talk to someone on the phone without being put on hold for 45+ minutes and even then, no one is able to cancel my order or refund my money. Absolutely ridiculous.

Great selections of ðŸº! WONDERFUL New Sushi bar! Many other favorites from their newly installed cold storage areas. Clearly extra nice fresh meats, plus seafood. They have Deli and fresh juices! Great selection of outdoor patio furnishings, grills and garden specials! Prices are VERY surprising low and nice quality! Definitely worth the visit!

I am a first responder and was able to take advantage of the early hours. The store was spotless with the employees making sure that the store was clean and well stocked. Thanks Sams for what you guys do for us.

Fantastic selection and great pricing as well as good service and knowledgeable staff make our shopping experiences here very enjoyable. It is always busy but the new self checkout helps to get out quickly. Even the food in the food bar is delicious and priced right! Well worth the membership fee to shop here!

Pharmacy staff can be very rude, specifically older lady with blonde hair. Went to ask a simple question was not acknowledge, stood their saying hello for a good minute even though there were 3 staff members there. Lady finally responded with so much attitude. I understand things are chaotic right now, however a simple "ill be right with you" would've suffice. I am not paying a membership to be spoken to rudely. Treat others same way you would like to be treated.
