Recently visited this location and got a boba tea. It was disappointing, the tapioca balls were not good, they were really sweet and weird crumbly texture, not the soft chewy texture i typically love. The staff were kind enough to swap out the boba tea for a regular iced tea but walking out with an iced to after spending $7 wasn’t the best feeling.

This location feels homey and inviting. Tea was yummy. Some benches and small tables for sitting.

I really like the Chai here.

Great selection of tees. Their bowls and toasts are great options for a quick lunch. Somewhat limited on sitting space.

This cozy samovar:) it is a smaller one of the Samovars but flavors are as big as it gets. Both masala chai and turmeric spice hit the spot for a needed tea break. There is plenty of loose leaf teas and some healthy bites are served as well.

A heaven for tea buffs, place has some eclectic food too, jars filled with goodies.

A bit on the expensive, but delicious.

I tried a Gyokuro here. It's not made in a traditional way, so it had no umami flavour whatsoever. It's also terribly hot inside and the smell of Chai is so strong that you can't enjoy any fine tea anyway. Don't go here if you like green tea. Horrible, disappointing experience.

The chai here is 👌🙌. Also got a bowl with eggs, avocado, bread and truffle oil which was 💣.

Little nook with good food and a helpful and courteous staff. The masala chai was legit, and the avocado toast was really tasty. The corner spot is great for leaning back and reading.

Hands down the best chai I've ever had. They have big pots of it just simmering so day. So so good.

OMG so freaking good.... The hot masala chai with almond milk. Perfect balanced flavor profile; right amount of spice and sweetness. Just delicious.
