Sammy's Trattoria

This was truly such an amazing place. We walked in late on a Friday and were whisked to a table and greeted by the friendly Renee & Valerie. We started with the house salad for the table. Fresh, crisp and exactly what we were looking for to kick off our meal. We split pastas. Flounder and pesto along with the jimmys seafood pasta. The pesto was beyond fresh and fish cooked to perfection. The Jimmy’s pasta had everything I was looking for! We are visiting from out of town and cannot stop talking about how we wish there was a place like this in Seattle we could go to once a week. Come try Renee’s baked goods, she has a gift! This place and the staff are so great, we may be back before we leave in a couple days.

Sammy’s is fantastic in every way! Fantastic food, terrific service, lovely setting. Large menu with a wide selection of foods; we’ve tried many and all are delicious. Highly recommended!

Awesome intimate and romantic place with delicious food. First time here and the experience was very positive. The gentleman (who I assume was the owner?) who greeted us was very welcoming. Though they were expecting other reservations, they squeezed us in beforehand and we appreciated it as it was our anniversary night :) Thank you! If you are planning on dining here in the evening I would play it same and call for a reservation.
