Best place in Jax to eat Korean. The new owner is very nice, and make the dining experience very nice.

No, but it's still tasty. The lunch set is a good deal
Not a buffet. Lunch menu is pretty good, my favorite is the BBQ Kalbi (I think that's the name) but the prices really skyrocket at dinner time and it's not even better than lunch
You can sit at a table with a grill if you like. They have regular tables also.
