One of two of the best Snow Ball stands in the New Orleans area. My favorite is half ice cream and half cherry flavors. My wife’s favorite is half chocolate and half cherry. With that said, you can’t go wrong with any choice of flavors when you are at Sal’s. I’ve been going to Sal’s for over forty-eight years and have never been disappointed.BTW, for all of you non locals please don’t call them Snow Cones.

The staff was amazing! We asked about flavor names and they were able to recite the flavor combinations without hesitation. I suggest ice cream & batman. Crazy good! What flavor is batman? You have to go there and ask the staff. They know.
