Busy airport! One of the busiest in the country. Clean and organized with dozens of restaurants and shops. Building is large. So ask for directions to terminals if needed to avoid missing flight!

This is a great airport it's huge but it can accommodate any corralled many many many airplanes at the same time and tens of thousands of people go through their daily hourly. But it's not on organize it is very well organized all year round I've been in have this place many times and I do appreciate their staff are not always a friendly us but they are very efficient at their job

I love this airport! It's huge and has a bunch of nice fast food restaurants. It's not easy to get lost as there are a lot of signs/directions to the gates. Only bad experience I had was a Delta airlines staff refused to help me when I asked her a question. Apart from that, this is one of my favorite airports. Oh, it also has a bunch of Starbucks and MacD's so anyone looking for some coffee or a quick bite are in the right place! Overall: Thumbs up

I really just want to review the bathrooms. I went to two of them with my baby and neither had a diaper changing station. Really? The second one had a larger counter than the first one and I just had to change my daughter on that. No belt. Nothing. Just a counter.

Wanted to share how much I enjoyed Burrito Beach bowl meal (across from gate K4).100% grass fed beef, black beans, cheese n guacamole on bed if spring greens. So delicious and definitely worth the $12. The "bowl" is of earth friendly, bio degradable paper :))

Great airport. The signs are not in the least bit confusing, and the terminals are very well organized, too. It is very easy to get around the airport, and there is a very wide selection of stores and restaurants past security. I do have one complaint, though, and that’s how congested it gets here — crowd control can be improved here, but when there are so many people flying in and out, what are you going to do?

I have flown through here on stop overs over ten times, and I always enjoy it. The selection of restaurants and stores is phenomenal, and though they are quite pricey, it’s about average as far as airports are concerned. The airport is one of the busiest in the world, and it is quite large, so a layover longer than an hour is highly recommended. It’s a big airport, so you are unlikely to be bored here for longer periods of time as well. The weather in Chicagoland can be volatile, so be aware that flights may be cancelled and delayed for those issues. I personally never had issues with weather, but occasionally some mechanical issues with the regional jets and a 777 on one occasion. Customs was an absolute breeze, but that was on a Tuesday evening towards the end of January. Workers are usually very friendly and willing to help, including for the various airlines here as well. Cheers.

This is one of the busiest airport in the country. It is large and fairly sprawling complex where a transit from one gate to another may take as much as 15 minutes. I really liked their travelators with neon lights and a sci-fi futuristic ambience. The airport has an organic, vegan friendly food kiosk and several smaller food bars where you can browse and pick your food and then pay at a check out. The gates are small and kind of bunched together. The restrooms are clean and they have options for individual restrooms for those with special needs.

Outdated and outgrown airport. I feels sorry to say this because I am spending so much time in or through this airport.Nothing 21st century. Restrooms, Open Spaces, Gates are struggling, in need of revamping. But like any other monopoly, no consequences if the experience is bad. Bad city management. Still lives out of design and decisions of past people.. The bus connection is just horrible . People's mover has been out of action for years....again no consequences for management...but paying customers... pay the miserable ... price of ridding dirty and infested busses....just horrible... People need to realize that they ARE PAYING CUSTOMERS.. Parking is expensive for what it is ......One of the saddest places in Chicago....Good mirror for present times!

I really like ORD - Chicago O’Hare International Airport. Good amenities, clean bathrooms and great food/restaurants options. Very easy to connect and navigate between Concourse or terminals.

Nice mega hub! Like a city. Better than a lot of other hubs. Just be careful, as you will need time of 30-45 minutes to travel between terminals!

How is this airport rated 3.6 out of 5 is Davinci Code mystery. Worst place by far to be stranded. Kind of like the rest of Chicago. 1 out of 4 flights is delayed or cancelled. This place is a joke. Also looks like they haven’t made any upgrades since Soviet Union collapsed. A slight change in breeze will grind this hell on earth to a halt.

Honestly not a bad airport. I’m disabled and don’t have use of my left arm and went through TSA multiple times without any issues. They keep things running pretty fast, never had issues with my bags either.

Huge airport! It's a bit outdated looking, but very clean and well organized. Security is managed very well. They're thorough, but it doesn't take unnecessarily long to get through checkpoints. There are tons of bathrooms, which are all clean and we'll maintained. Lots of food options. Exactly what you'd expect at a big airport, plus some extra amenities like a play area for kids. Also, it's easy to get to public transportation which is very convenient and not always the case at airports in my experience.
