Very nice. Old school delicious food and friendly staff.

Lovely experience! I went here on a date with an Italian - the food is authentic and very good. Staff was friendly and prompt. Especially the older guy tending bar. The only downside is the stark bright cafeteria lighting. I think this restaurant caters more to older diners, so they don't have to use their flashlights when reading the menu. I'd definitely recommend!

Food is fabulous... best lasagna I've ever had, salmon dish is amazing as a matter of fact, yoU can't go wrong with anything you order.

The best Italian food in town . Fact....

The food is delicious. That applies to pasta dishes and to meat dishes. It all tastes fresh and zesty. Service is helpful. Wine choices are good and reasonably priced. This happens in a quietly classy space. Come, enjoy and leave feeling good about your evening.

Lobster Dinner is available Friday and Monday

For 20 dollars you can eat well, including and entrance or a dessert. I liked the food and the service.

My family has been going to Sal Anthony's for over 40 years. I remember going on Irving place, upstairs, food was always cooked to prepare. I decided today to drive downtown for lunch and saw it on 19th, I decided to check it out. I had price fixed, food was good, atmosphere was nice, hoping to see my old friend. Will come back again for dinner,
