My first meal for my Tokyo trip and it proved to be one of my most expensive (about Y7400) for 2 adults and 2 kids. Food was ordinary though. Try to have my meals before you arrive at the museum. Adequate only for a quick bite.

Located on the 7th floor of the “Edo Tokyo Museum” is the Japanese restaurant “Sakura Saryo”. Located at the same height as the castle tower of Edo Castle. A calm atmosphere full of Edo emotions. From the large windows at the counter seats, you can see the sacred sanctuary “Ryogoku Kokugikan” and the Tokyo view of Sumida River and Shinjuku. It was nice to have a delicious meal in a spacious shop

It is said to be at the same height as Edo castle tower. Increase the price, the amount is less. The taste is suitable for the price. The view is very good if it is sunny.

I entered the shop shortly after 1:00 pm, after "Special exhibition 150 years after the death of Sakamoto Ryoma". The dishes associated with the special exhibition also echoed the lingering sound of the special exhibition. I wanted to eat the straw-grilled bonito in Kochi's Hirome Market again.

Had a quick bite to eat. They had an English language menu and out front there were fake entrees to help entice you in.

I visited after visiting the Edo-Tokyo Museum. I was guided to the seats by the window in the spacious shop, but the view was very relaxing.

Sumida River and Kokugikan have a good view right in front of you.Menu is good, but I want you to stick to the ingredients. There will be many foreigners who eat Japanese food for the first time, so I want you to eat something delicious.

It is located on the 7th floor of the Oedo Museum. The shop is wider than I thought. Great outlook. The decoration also includes antiques, art works, and seasonal decorations that give a sense of Japaneseness, and it can be enjoyed by foreigners. We received Hime Gyoza for lunch 2500 yen and Honomi 2800 yen. Four slightly rosy colored sake called Sakura of sake were also received by one person. Every dish was delicious, made carefully, and vegetables were also fresh. The fish was a bit like a fish that was soaked in fish, but it had a very good taste, such as shrimp and avocado rolls. The window side was full, and it was guided to the setting of the private room. The walls are solid, and the lighting and the paintings on display are also Japanese ukiyo-e. The taste was good and reasonable, so it was a hit. At the cash register, you can enjoy Eitaro's chopsticks and small beckoning cat potteries.

Questions & Answers

I will not do it

The museum is great. Highly recommended.

It is from 9:30 to 16:30. Last admission is at 16:00

Ieyasu, I do not know I think that the relationship of the Tokugawa family is held until around March.

Other people answer, but it is partial repair work until March 31, 2018.

There is.

We recommend the subway over the bus. Ryogoku Station of Oedo Line of subway is near.

Is it all right after that?
