Sakura Japanese Steakhouse

Got here half an hour before midday closing. They still sat us and we got great customer service. This is your standard habachi food with upscale decor. The prices are decent for the combination entrees. The yum yum sauce is more gingery than other places. The food was decent but was missing something I can't put my finger on. I'd go if I was in the area but not my first choice.

The food was okay. It was not the best Japanese steak house I went to. The yum yum sauce was nasty. I felt they were rushing me out. The forget my rice till the end. The chicken I did not like. The place is spotless. The staff was okay. The food tastes very bland. The price was okay.

Speedy service, talented chefs, and a tasty menu for a fair price. Plenty of dishes to try, from sushi to steak or scallops. But not much variety for vegetarians.

Food is great and the show is wonderful- you get tons of food, and great soup and salad. However, the cleanliness is lacking. The fish tank was murky and filled with brown sludge, every fixture in the place was teaming with dust and cob webs, and the overal cleanliness of the floors and restroom weren’t to par either. This could be a 5 star review if they do some spring cleaning. If the store floor is dirty, what does the kitchen/back room look like?

The food was very delicious and the presentation was wonderful. I have the Hibachi chicken which tasted fantastic. My better half had shrimp and chicken on the grill which was also very tasty. Our friend had the salmon which was also very good. Each meal came with soup and a salad. Then our cook who presented at the grill in front of us fixed fried rice and a shrimp appetizer. I'm not big on shrimp but it was delicious and well-cooked. The meal also came with fried vegetables on the grill top. We were very entertained as well as the little boy who also sat at our table who was fascinated the whole time.

This was a great experience. Friendly chef n staff. We enjoyed r selves. Would definitely recommend. Unique experience for the whole family. Very happy w service and food

Food was great. Service was spotty, and a little mechanical. Chef was entertaining but not overwhelming. Food was cooked perfectly. The restaurant could use some updating. Seemed a little dark and outdated.

Service was good. Food was to buttery. The show was fun. Price well my opinion should be less. But all in all still a good meal and time

I took my wife there for quick birthday lunch and it was very good. Was not overly expensive. Fair price and tastes good. Prepared in the Japanese way in front of you, so it was pretty nice. Prices OK but the food tasted very very good all-in-all a great time. Come prepared to spend about $14 to $15 per person for lunch which is for a normal meal prepared in front of you. White rice comes standard and anything else is extra.

My family loves going here. This is my son's favorite place to eat. If he does a great job in school or sports we reward him with a trip to Sakura. We generally try to go around lunch time when the prices are much cheaper. The food and service has always been good. It's worth checking out.
